My experience from the first phone call confirming my appointment to the handshake upon leaving the lab was a model in personal customer service. I liken them to Monet and Michelangelo, one paints and one sculpts and they are that talented. The care and attention that both displayed going beyond the expected to ensure the tooth (front) was as close a match to its neighbour as possible exceeded my expectations and I have the results in my smile to prove it. Their commitment to the science and technology of their trade sets them apart from other labs. The dental community is fortunate to have Nico and Klaas as partners, they make both the dentists and the patients look good.

Pro Esthetics Dental Lab and family staff are proficient, inherently friendly and true artists in making my 3-front teeth bridge. Owners and childhood friends Nico and Klaus worked together and actually exceeded my high expectations. They clearly take pride in their work. They put no time limitation in ensuring that my smile was even better than the satisfactory previous bridge I needed replacing. Although I chose the premier custom work, it was nice to have the option for quality, less-custom to non-custom. Their price was better/more competitive than the researched larger dental labs, including one popular lab which I actually attended and left due to lack of overall care and quality.
